Jeff Richter with Riccon Construction just completed a whole house renovation for us and we couldn't be happier. The house needed to be taken down to the studs for all new electrical and plumbing. They completely rebuilt the interior including removing/moving some walls, with a new kitchen, master bath and guest bath. They built a new two car garage from the foundation up, installed a metal roof and new windows on the main floor. The quality of Riccon's work is outstanding. The entire crew was professional and personable. We asked for several change orders throughout the process and both Jeff and his partner Jon were accommodating and helpful with design and suggestions. When unforeseen problems arose, they were quick to communicate with us what our options were. We were living out of state for the first half of the construction process and were provided updates and photos as the remodel progressed. Riccon answers phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner which was very important to us throughout the seven months of renovation. We highly recommend Riccon and would absolutely use them again if the need ever arose.

Off to a great start. I have known Jeff and Heidi for 20+ years and knew I could trust them to come to the rescue me when we found that our 2nd story tub was leaking into the garage below. First, I called my Insurance company and filed a claim. Next I facebook-messaged Heidi. She called me quickly and had a guy at my house inside of an hour on a Sunday Morning. Seriously - the guy (Shawn) showed up inside an hour, on a SUNDAY, started assessing the situation and then he started installing industrial strength fans to begin drying out the floor / ceiling. Shawn returned the next day to check progress and to take a sample of the drywall by the tub for testing. He said we should let the fans run for the next two days and his crew would be back on Thursday to begin demo of the tub and whatever else needs to be done. Jeff just called me to confirm the time tomorrow and we had a chance to discuss working with the insurance company, another service that I am grateful Riccon will help me manage.

I am looking forward to amending this review when my master bathroom is back in business. For now, I am extremely pleased with the level of professionalism, complete understanding of the timing, financial and other considerations required for this type of project. Kudos to Riccon. #GoHawks

After communicating with a contractor about remodeling the kitchen in my investment property, I began to feel uncomfortable and decided not to hire him. A relative suggested that I call service magic for a contractor referral. Chad of Riccon Construction returned my call right away and agreed to give me an estimate the next day. Chad is a very attentive listener and had a positive realistic response to all my concerns including the short timeline for completion. Before hiring Riccon Construction I contacted the BBB, L&I and searched for negative blogs and all the information was positive. I was pleased with the kitchen remodel and I would hire Riccon again.

This was a media room. Demolition, framing, panel electrical (subcontractor), recessed lighting, line conditioning, and in-wall/ceiling speaker and HDMI runs. Also, built-in cabinetry for storage beneath plasma. Riccon selected because of Todd's willingness to meet with A/V vendor to plan hand-offs before the bid was let, details adequately captured so that cost of individual components of job were understood beforehand (resulting in no disagreements or change orders) and the price. The design was well implemented and workmanship was good although a few punch list items remained that were handled promptly. There were several items, such as Lutron smart dimmer setup, that Riccon was not familiar with but since I served as guinea pig they are now. I used my own painter. The job turned out great, pretty much on schedule, and met my expectations for functionality and look.

We were very impressed with the skill of those involved in the work. Jeff and his team were very easy to work with and considerate to us in keeping disturbance to us at a minimum. Jeff communicated very well with us to keep us informed of what was happening and going to happen. It was a real pleasure working with this company.

Riccon Construction remodeled my condo including an entire kitchen and bath remodel, cabinets, fireplace tile and mantel ,sinks,granite, molding, doors, heaters, tile, painting, etc. They were fast, the price was great, for all of what they included. But most of all the work was high quality. They were great to work with. Everyone spoke English, which was a plus, after interviewing a couple of contractors for bids that I couldn't understand. I will use them in the future and would highly recommend them, you wont be sorry you did!

I had heard of Riccon through a couple of friends. My water heater went out on me at my condo and I needed fast help. I called Riccon and I had two of their employees in my condo within an hour. They replaced the water heater within hours and I was back up and running. Due to the water heater failing on me, I suffered some water damage. Riccon left behind large dryers to help dry the damage and then I brought them in to replace the carpet. All of this within a couple of days. Would I recommend? Everyday of the week!

We've had multiple projects done around the house including our breakfast bar, master bathroom, and closets. They are timely and support whatever visions we have for our home. We hired Riccon Construction to rebuild our Trex deck. Our original Trex flaked and buckled so we had to replace it. Jon Faulconer came out, took measurements and discussed the project. While one company wanted to charge us $250.00 prior to telling us how many Trex "boards" we would need to order, Jon gave us an estimate at the time of his visit at no charge. Riccon's bid also came in $12,000 (I am not kidding - at first we were skeptical) less than another recommended construction company. Riccon not only arrived each of the three days right on time, but they called us just prior to arrival to let us know they were on their way. They were professional, friendly, answered any questions we had during the rebuild and they worked steadily. We would hire them again in a heartbeat. Our finished deck is beautiful. We can't wait until next spring to enjoy it.

I was referred to Riccon by a friend who had them save his restaurant renovation after another GC faltered. Since then I've hired them for several jobs and referred them out regularly. At some point they will get too busy for me, but good work deserves to be rewarded, so here we are. Brenda and the rest of the company are reliable professionals. You are in good hands if you can get on their schedule.

I feel fortunate to have found Riccon Construction. Jeff and his crew were knowledgeable, reliable, reasonably priced, and got the work done on time. The only thing I was disappointed in was that after removing my popcorn ceilings, they touched up some of the walls with semi-gloss instead of flat and it looks odd in certain lights. Other than that, they did and good job and I would definitely recommend them.

Good work and job was completed with great feedback from contractor. Basement project took a little longer than originally planned, but some items came out better than originally planned. Cleanliness was only slightly questionable point, but that is probably par for the course given this type of construction work.

Very prompt with quote. Work was done to expectations without any issues. Would recommend. Had fairly extensive siding repair, some replacement of framing, put in a window, garage door, and painted the exterior.

The project was finished as scheduled and estimated. The crew did an excellent job cleaning up when finished. I will call them in the future.
